In another train of thoughts I’m tired of incessantly hearing that killing by chemical means is bad, unlike the killing through mechanical (making holes, tearing apart) or financial (private banks, legal usurers, sanctions) weapons, means that are justified and more; they are a noble obligations of every true believer Ferengi.
I find highly doubtful that any of these “highly likely” will accept to be convicted and punished on a “highly likely” base.
